Congratulations to Riley for his service and all his efforts. We wish him well as he moves into greener pastures closer to his new home.

A Salted Cucumber, Stem Ciders of Denver: Dry hopped with cascade & citra hops and finished with fresh cucumber juice and sea salt. Crafted with 100% fresh pressed apples from the Pacific Northwest. 6.7% ABV.

Ching Ching, Bend Brewing: Wonderfully tart and effervescent, Ching Ching goes equally well with a day at the beach or a 5 course meal. Ching Ching Sour Ale has garnered numerous awards over the years at GABF and World Beer Cup and is recognized as one of the pioneering beers to utilize the kettle souring technique and help define American Sour Ales. 4.5% ABV, 5 IBUs.

Melvin IPA, Melvin Brewing, Alpine Wyoming: Fruity, Intense, but not bitter, this is a West Coast-style IPA made with secret hops and a fresh blast of citrus. 7.5% ABV, 80 IBUs.

El Jefe – Four Noses Brewing, Broomfield, CO: A crowd favorite in the taproom, this is a velvety smooth stout with a delightful roasted coffee backbone. Features coffee from Colorado’s own Two Rivers Coffee Company. 7.4% ABV.

Saturday Tasting – Game of Thrones Wines

This Saturday, April 13, we are offering a very special free tasting of Game of Thrones themed wines.

To celebrate the final season of the HBO blockbuster, Wyatt’s is sampling four wines that will have you feeling like a king.

Meticulously crafted by master winemaker Bob Cabral, this weekend’s legendary selections include:

Game of Thrones Oregon Pinot Noir:
This Pinot Noir is elegant, well-built and bursting with brilliant, ripe, rich fruit flavors and aromas. It is fruit focused with subtle tones of earthiness, vanilla, spice and toasted oak in the background. There is a long, smooth inviting finish; tannins are present and well blended.

Game of Thrones Paso Robles Red Blend:
Dark Bing cherry, mulberry, vanilla and mocha aromas. Soft, juicy black fruit combines with chewy tannins to provide a full, rich palate. The wine is youthful and fruit forward with a lasting finish.

Game of Thrones Central Coast Chardonnay:
Enticing aromas of stone fruit and white blossoms lead to a rich, creamy palate of peaches, apricots, tangerine, Meyer lemon, baking spices and honey, balanced by mouth-watering acidity. A touch of oak on the lingering finish.

Girl and Dragon Malbec: A fierce red wine with bright berry flavors and a soft, lush texture. Pair with paella, grilled meats, or hearty stews.

Tasting hours for Saturday, April 13th will be from noon to 4:45 pm., at Wyatt’s Outlaw Saloon, in the back of the store.

All of this week’s tasting items will be on sale!

Friday Tasting – Staff Warm Weather Favorites

This Friday, April 12, 2019, Wyatt’s is offering a special free tasting for Stout Month.

This week’s selections include:

Ice – Modern Times Beer: The flavor: cold. The crushability: maximum. Ice was their very pils, and it brings the noise. Hopped with Czech Saaz hops, Ice packs the flavor of the mighty San Diego mountains into a compact, low-ABV package. 4.8% ABV, 30 IBUs.

Sparkale – 21st Amendment Brewing: Like a sparkler crackling against the sky at dusk, this sparkling rose ale is a refreshing pop of fruit and fizz with tart flavors and a crisp finish. Crafted with apple, cranberry, peach and cherries, this ale is a reminder of life’s simple pleasures. Open a can and enjoy. 5.5% ABV.

Orderville – Modern Times Beer: This is an aggressive, fragrant IPA that blends the fruit-forward character of Mosaic hops with resinous stickiness from a mélange of dank hops. The resulting beer is immensely rad, with an unmistakable bangin’ aroma, and a fully saturated hop flavor and finish. The cracker-dry body keeps the focus squarely on the massive, incredibly delicious hop character, inviting your taste buds to join a drum circle of flavor in a magical forest of hops. 7.2% ABV, 75 IBUs.

Bug Zapper – Avery Brewing: Bug Zapper is a limited release Sour Ale to help scratch your summer itch. A lively mix of mint, ginger, and lime are both cooling and invigorating, and we sour-dose after fermentation to impart the finishing electric zap. 6% ABV.

Tasting hours for Friday, April 13th event will be from 4-6:45 pm., at Wyatt’s Outlaw Saloon, in the back of the store.
