Sourced from Hahn’s Ste. Philippe vineyard, located adjacent to the Arroyo Seco River, the sandy, well-drained soil, coupled with the typical growing season of cool nights and temperate daytime temperatures, resulted in longer hang time, preserving the acidity and unique fruit tones of this particular appellation.
Hahn Pinot Noir Rosé is bursting with flavors of fresh strawberry, watermelon, and citrus, all complemented by a creamy mouthfeel, bright acidity, and a crisp finish.
Hahn Rosé scores big in the pairing department. This decidedly food-friendly wine is perfect with nearly all seafood dishes or roast pork.
A little tough to find locally, Hahn Pinot Noir Rosé is exclusive to only two wine retailers in Northern Colorado– Wyatt’s Wet Goods in Longmont and Wilbur’s of Fort Collins (both of whom are worth visiting for their superior selection).
