Saturday Wine Tasting – Italian Wines II

This Saturday, September 7, Wyatt’s is offering a free taste of Italy featuring the wines of Monte Campo and Antale.

Tthis special sampling includes:

Monte Campo Montepulciano D’Abruzzo: Made with 100% Montepulciano grapes from the region of Abruzzo in central Italy, this smooth tasting wine has a light cherry, berry, and leather bouquet and a dry, fresh harmony of flavor. It makes a good accompaniment to lamb, veal, venison, pasta dishes and cheese.

Monte Campo Pinot Grigio Delle Venezie: Mainly derived from Pinot Grigio grapes, this crisp, white wine has a delightfully fresh lemony nose and a dry flavor with a hint of smokiness.

Antale Veneto Rosso: A blend of Corvina and Rosso Veneto grapes. Intense ruby red color, obtained by a slight drying of red grapes from the Veneto region. Apassimento Style. Full-bodied, soft with elegant tannins. Ripe fruit flavors, light notes of cocoa, and aromatic herbs.

Antale Pinot Grigio: Flavors green apple, pear, and orange blossoms makes this light and dry wine versatile enough to be served by itself or with a broad array of foods such as Fettucine Alfredo, lighter fish and seafood dishes, lemon chicken, veal piccata, or roasted veggies.

You can try these delightful wines this Saturday during our free tasting from noon-4:45 pm, at Wyatt’s Outlaw Saloon, in the back of the store.

All of this week’s featured items will be on sale!

As always, all participants must present valid I.D.
