Join us this Saturday, November 5, for a free wine tasting of the “Wines of Matthew Fritz”.
Matt Bonanno and Fritz Stuhlmuller joined forces to create Matthew Fritz, MF, with the mission to consistently deliver premium wines from top notch appellations at outstanding prices. Matt and Fritz utilize their wine expertise and wine producing capabilities to consistently provide superior market opportunities.
This Saturday, we will be sampling the following selections:
Matthew Fritz Cabernet Sauvignon: This Cabernet Sauvignon is a sexy, deep ruby color. Inviting aromas of blackberry, cherry, spicy licorice and smoked meat. The palate is an elegant expression of North Coast Cab, combined by dark fruits, brown spices, black salted olives and hints of smoke. Tannins are firm balanced with enough acidity to keep it fresh and pure.
Matthew Fritz Pinot Noir: This 2013 Pinot Noir is a medium ruby red in color. It has intense aromas of wild strawberries rhubarb and violet. The palate is framed by firm acidity and loaded with wild berries, allspice, forest floor and hints of crushed tea leaf. This wine is an elegant expression from a classic vintage.
Matthew Fritz Chardonnay: The 2014 Chardonnay is bright and fresh with a medium gold color. It is dominated by tropical fruits, honeydew, melon, sweet white corn and lemon hard candy. The palate is creamy, nicely textured with more tropical notes, hints of hazelnut, and ripe citrus with a fresh and lively finish. Pairs with shellfish, salmon, chicken with lemon, and cream sauces.
Matthew Fritz Sauvignon Blanc: This Sauvignon Blanc is a pale straw color. Its aromas are dominated by melon and pink grapefruit, with hints of white pepper and elderflower. The richly textured palate shows off elements of spicy Anjou pear, with a grassy, white pepper finish. This lively wine is balanced by refreshing acidity.
