Parducci Wine Cellars is a family-run winery with an 85 year history of crafting artisan wines with a reputation for value, quality, and care for the local community.
This Saturday, we will be tasting the following selections:
Parducci Cabernet: This is a bold but well-balanced wine, with densely fruity aromas and appealing flavors of pomegranate and blueberry. A layer of fine tannins adds a lingering mouthfeel, making it great with a roast chicken or grilled lamb chop.
Parducci Chardonnay: Fermented in a combination of 20% new French oak and 80% stainless steel, the Parducci Small Lot Blend Chardonnay displays quintessential Mendocino flavors of Asian pear, wildflower honey, and crisp apple with a creamy vanilla-caramel finish.
Parducci Pinot Noir: Parducci Small Lot Pinot Noir offers light earth, tea, and cherry aromas, framed within tasty cranberry and raspberry flavors in this medium-bodied and well-balanced wine. Its berry flavors are full and rich on the palate, picking up just a hint of cedar in the finish.
Parducci Pinot Gris: A wine of delightful, bright character with enticing pear and floral aromas leading to rich peach and lively tropical fruit flavors.
For the beer lovers, we are offering the oppourtunity to sample Deschutes Brewery. Deschutes Brewery overlooks the wild and scenic Deschutes River in beautiful Bend, Oregon, home base to their adventurous, award-winning lineup of pioneering beers.
Tasting hours for this free event on Saturday, September 23, 2017, will be from noon-4:45 pm, at Wyatt’s Outlaw Saloon, in the back of the store.
