This Saturday, June 30, along with Crown Royal, you’ll be able to taste the down under difference with a sampling of New Zealand Sauv Blancs from Silver Beach, Matua, Giesen, and Haymaker.

Marlborough’s central Wairau Valley is recognized as one of the great wine growing regions of the world. With its cool, sunny, maritime climate and its shallow, stony soils etched across great alluvial plains by ancient glaciers, Marlborough is described in Oz Clarke’s Wine Atlas as “one of the greatest places on earth to grow vines, producing some of the world’s most remarkable wines.”

Tasting hours for this event will be from noon-4:45 pm, at Wyatt’s Outlaw Saloon, in the back of the store.
