Join us this Saturday, November 10, for a very special free tasting featuring Laws Whiskey House, one of Colorado’s premier distilleries.
This Saturday, we will be tasting the following whiskey selections: 
Wyatt’s Barrel Club Four Grain Straight Bourbon: Barrel #860, produced exclusively for Wyatt’s Wet Goods, has a floral nose of loam and honeycrisp apple. Distilled twice, with a mash bill of 60% corn, 20% wheat, 10% rye, and 10% malted barley, it was aged for three years in new American white oak barrels to bring out tastes of black tea, pear, and leather with a clean, bittersweet finish and a final ABV of 47.5%.
Rum Finished Four Grain Straight Bourbon: Law’s traditional Four Grain Bourbon becomes part of their Special Finish Series with aging in rum barrels for a touch of syrup sweetness in its finish and a final ABV of 47.5%.
Hordeum Straight Malt Whiskey: Their atypical on-grain, sour mash style, coupled with Colorado mountain barley, imparts a unique character to this whiskey. It opens with bright apple blossom and honey on the nose with notes of toasted hazelnuts. Black tea and green apple are on the front of the palate, changing to cinnamon sugar cookies and malted nuts. It finishes with notes of seagrass and sweet tobacco. 50% ABV.
Secale Straight Rye Whiskey: Secale Rye is made with 100% Colorado grains (95% rye and 5% barley). Sweet grass with mint, honey, and brine are on the nose, with cooling notes of mint and fennel on the palate, with sea salt, orange tea, and brown sugar. It finishes with a rich and buttery mouthfeel accompanied by tobacco notes. 50% ABV.
Tasting hours for Saturday, November 10 event will be from noon to 4:45 pm., at Wyatt’s Outlaw Saloon, in the back of the store.
