Josh Cellars is a family owned company dedicated to making world class, handcrafted wines. They work with small growers, coopers, and winemakers producing elegant, sophisticated, yet approachable wines from Napa Valley, Carneros, and the North Coast of California.
These are some of the varietals Wyatt’s Wet Goods carries:
Cabernet – Josh Cellars Cabernet Sauvignon has aromas of rich, dark fruits and baking spices on the nose, which yield fresh plum and blackberry fruit, violet, dried fig, vanilla bean and Chinese Five-Spice. The wine is juicy with plum and blackberry flavors prominent, layered with smoky and sappy maple wood, roasted almonds and hazelnuts that finishes long with fine, firm tannins.
Chardonnay – Josh Cellars Chardonnay has aromas of tropical fruits and citrus married with beautifully harmonious oak notes. A delightful harmony of fresh yellow and white stone fruits lingers on the palate and finishes with fresh and clean acidity.
Pinot Noir – This Pinot Noir, made in a style reminiscent of Burgundy, offers bright ripe cherries and deep earthy flavors with spice, subtle oak and delicate texture.
Merlot – Josh’s Merlot, created in a Bordeaux style blend, offers rich plum and black cherry flavors, accented by savory spices and toasted oak, with a soft, supple texture and lingering finish. A wine that is bold and expressive but unassuming, and approachable.
Red Blend – This medium-bodied, bold red blend has notes of deep black fruit, spice and crushed black pepper on the nose. A touch of Syrah adds the perfect balance of raspberries and mint.
Sauvignon Blanc – Bright aromas of lime and citrus are the core of our Josh Cellars Sauvignon Blanc, with layers of white flower nectar, peach, and tropical melon. The palate of the wine is fresh and alive with clean fruit flavors and a perfectly balanced finish.
