This Friday, November 1, Wyatt’s is offering a free tasting featuring 21st Amendment Brewery.
Named after the repeal of Prohibition, 21st Amendment Brewery was founded in 2000 when Nico Freccia and Shaun O’Sullivan opened in San Francisco’s historic South Park neighborhood. The popular brewpub is now at the heart of the new city center, just south of the financial district and only two blocks from the San Francisco Giants baseball park. In addition to rotating taps of multiple award-winning hand-crafted house beers, the pub has been voted “Best Brewpub”, “Best Burger” and “Best Happy Hour” by the San Francisco press.
This Friday, we are sampling:
Sparkale Sparkling Rosé Ale: Crafted with apple, cranberry, peach, and cherries, this ale is a reminder of life’s simple pleasures. Open a can and enjoy. 5.5% ABV.
Tasty IPA: Much like he who discovered electricity by boldly flying a kite in a thunderstorm, 21st was struck with a great idea of their own– take one of their favorite homebrew recipes and turn it into a standout, gold colored American IPA. Enjoy its bright fresh flavors and aromas of hops, tropical stone fruits, pine, and a hint of spiciness. 6.8% ABV, 70 IBUs.
Brew Free or Die! Blood Orange IPA: Brewed like their original Brew Free! or Die IPA, this beer has an abundance of fresh blood orange puree and a twist of citrusy dry hops. It’s refreshingly different. As Abe would say, “Whatever you are, be a good one. 7% ABV, 70 IBUs.
Blah Blah Blah Double IPA: This is a deep golden double IPA and jammed packed with hop flavors and aromas. With nine different hop varietals, on top of late-kettle boil additions, this beer has a juicy, hop chewy flavor. 8% ABV
Tasting hours for this free Friday, November 15 event will be from 4:00-6:45 pm, at Wyatt’s Outlaw Saloon, in the back of the store.
