This weekend’s free Friday Tasting features River North Brewery of Denver.

We are offering the oppourtunity to sample River North, a great Colorado craft brewery. Founded in 2012 by Matt and Jessica Hess, River North Brewing is a Denver-based, small, tight-knit crew of brewers and beer fanatics. They brew what they love to drink–original, noncompromising ales and lagers that exemplify what the craft beer movement is all about.

They craft #AdventureFuel for the state of Colorado. Because Colorado deserves the best.

Our beer tasting flight includes River North’s:

Mountain Haze New England Style IPA: This New England-style IPA brewed with barley, wheat, oats, and an avalanche of Citra hops. 5.9% ABV, 39 IBUs.

White Ale: One of their first beers, River North White is a multiple gold award winning Belgian-style witbier. 5.0% ABV, 20 IBUs.

FarmHouse: Two malts. One hop. Farmhouse yeast. These simple ingredients yield a sophisticated, bright farmhouse ale that exemplifies everything River North loves about Belgian-style beers. Zesty and distinguished, yet approachable. 4.6% ABV, 29 IBUs.

Nightmare Fuel: This Barrel Aged American Imperial Stout has more than three pounds per barrel of locally roasted dark coffee beans. Heavenly. Horrifying. Big and Bold. 14.8% ABV.

Tasting hours for this free event on Friday, November 22 will be from 4:00-6:45 pm, at Wyatt’s Outlaw Saloon, in the back of the store.

As always, all participants must present valid I.D.
