This Friday, February 15, Wyatt’s is offering a free tasting featuring the beers of the Great Divide Brewing Company.
Great Divide has become one of the most decorated breweries in America since it’s founding in 1994. They constantly produce flavorful, poundable ales from their home location in the RiNo district of Denver.
Friday’s free flight includes:
Heyday Modern IPA: HEYDAY is an IPA for the modern Bold Character. Abundantly hopped, light in body, and low on bitterness, Heyday shines with notes of tropical fruit, berry, and melon. The complex hop profile is complemented by a crisp malt character for an approachable IPA fit for any occasion. 5.8% ABV.
Hop Disciples India Pale Ale: This rotating hop project takes a bright, clean IPA and puts a different hop variety at the forefront of the sensory experience every year. The 2019 release features Callista, which showcases floral and tropical notes with hints of citrus and pine. 6.2% ABV.
Colette Farmhouse Ale: This homage to the saisons that Belgian farm workers have enjoyed for centuries is brewed with barley, wheat, and rice then fermented at high temperatures with a special blend of four different yeast strains. Fruity and slightly tart, with a dry finish that makes it that rarest of treats — a beer as refreshing as it is complex. 7.3% ABV.
Orabelle Belgian Style Tripel: This golden Belgian-Style Tripel is brewed with barley, wheat, oats, and rye. Its two yeast strains, orange peel, and dash of coriander impart a surprising complexity and richness to this delicate ale. 8.3% ABV.
Tasting hours for the free Great Divide Brewing event this Friday will be from 4-6:45 pm, at Wyatt’s Outlaw Saloon, in the back of the store.
All Great Divide beers are on sale!
As always, all participants must present valid I.D.
