In a tasting that will bring a smile to your dad and grandpa, Wyatt’s is presenting a blind tasting of American Light Lagers.
You’ve heard the legends, but have you tasted them all? This Friday, April 5, we will be sampling, in no particular order:
Budweiser: Budweiser is a medium-bodied, flavorful, crisp American-style lager. Brewed with the best barley malt and a blend of premium hop varieties, it is the iconic American brand.
Coors Banquet: Adolph Coors brewed the first batch in 1873. All these years later, they still lay claim to using the finest possible ingredients. No need to smuggle it across state lines with a Trans Am cover car—Wyatt’s has it here by the case!
Pabst Blue Ribbon: Pabst Blue Ribbon has been made in the finest traditions of an American Premium Lager since 1844. Brewed with a combination of 2 & 6-row malted barley, select cereal grains and American and European hops, Pabst is fermented with a proprietary lager yeast, resulting in a smooth, full bodied beer with a clean, crisp finish with a fine noble hop aroma that will satisfy any working man, or hipster.
Montucky Cold Snacks: This regional contender is a refreshing, light beer that makes an ideal canned companion to adventures. 8% goes back to local causes.
Tasting hours for this special free Bell’s event this Friday will be from 4-6:45 pm, at Wyatt’s Outlaw Saloon, in the back of the store.
All tasting items are on sale!
As always, all participants must present valid I.D.
