Summer Beers take center stage this weekend, as we profile some staff favorite “Summer Slammahs”.
This Friday, May 24, 2019, Wyatt’s is sampling:
Bell’s Pooltime: This refreshing Belgian-inspired Wheat Ale has light clove notes. The truly distinguishing feature is the use of 100% Montmorency tart cherries grown in the Traverse City region of Michigan. These cherries add a subtle tartness and bright counterpoint to the other flavors, enhancing Pooltime’s fruity character and making it the perfect beer for all summer activities. 5% ABV.
Boulevard Bou Lou: This collaboration with Tech N9ne brewing is an immensely refreshing wheat beer with coconut and pineapple. 5% ABV, 10 IBUs.
Crooked Stave St. Bretta Saison: Brewed with citrus, lemongrass, and coriander, St. Bretta combines fresh citrus characteristics with yeast-driven tropical fruit flavors and aromas. Unfiltered and naturally wild, they package each can with a small amount of yeast to maintain maximum freshness. 5.2% ABV.
TRVE Life’s Trade: This oak-fermented Farmhouse Ale is a Belgian Saison-style beer with a hazy golden yellow color and a nose with an earthy farmhouse funk from its mixed yeast culture and a slight bit of tartness in the aroma. 4.7% ABV.
Tasting hours for Friday, May 24th event will be from 4-6:45 pm., at Wyatt’s Outlaw Saloon, in the back of the store.
All of this week’s tasting items will be on sale!
As always, all participants must present valid I.D.
