This Friday, April 19, 2019, Wyatt’s continues in a series of Staff Favorites. This week, our outgoing Beer Manager Riley shares some of his picks.
Congratulations to Riley for his service and all his efforts. We wish him well as he moves into greener pastures closer to his new home.
This week’s selections include:
A Salted Cucumber, Stem Ciders of Denver: Dry hopped with cascade & citra hops and finished with fresh cucumber juice and sea salt. Crafted with 100% fresh pressed apples from the Pacific Northwest. 6.7% ABV.
Ching Ching, Bend Brewing: Wonderfully tart and effervescent, Ching Ching goes equally well with a day at the beach or a 5 course meal. Ching Ching Sour Ale has garnered numerous awards over the years at GABF and World Beer Cup and is recognized as one of the pioneering beers to utilize the kettle souring technique and help define American Sour Ales. 4.5% ABV, 5 IBUs.
Melvin IPA, Melvin Brewing, Alpine Wyoming: Fruity, Intense, but not bitter, this is a West Coast-style IPA made with secret hops and a fresh blast of citrus. 7.5% ABV, 80 IBUs.
El Jefe – Four Noses Brewing, Broomfield, CO: A crowd favorite in the taproom, this is a velvety smooth stout with a delightful roasted coffee backbone. Features coffee from Colorado’s own Two Rivers Coffee Company. 7.4% ABV.
Tasting hours for Friday, April 19th event will be from 4-6:45 pm., at Wyatt’s Outlaw Saloon, in the back of the store.
