Friday Beer Tasting – Rosé Beers

Rosé Beers are an engaging style for spring and summer that incorporate the flavors of one of the most popular wine styles of the season into beer.

This Friday, May 17, 2019, Wyatt’s is profiling this fun variant.

This week’s selections include:

Firestone Walker Rosalie: Rosalie taps into our brewery’s family winemaking roots, using local grapes to create a delicious one-of-a-kind beer rosé with bright fruit flavors and luscious acidity. Rosalie is co-fermented with Chardonnay and other wine grape varieties harvested just miles away from the brewery. They also add a dash of hibiscus flower to achieve its brilliant color. 5.0% ABV, 10 IBUs.

21st Amendment Sparkale: Like a sparkler crackling against the sky at dusk, this sparkling rosé ale is a refreshing pop of fruit and fizz with tart flavors and a crisp finish. Crafted with apple, cranberry, peach and cherries, it is is a reminder of life’s simple pleasures. 5.5% ABV.

Station 26 Brut Rosé IPA: This dry, sparkling brut IPA brewed with raspberries and hibiscus. A spring and summer crusher. 6.8% ABV, 28 IBUs.

Crooked Stave Sour Rosé: Primary fermented with a mixed culture of wild yeast, Sour Rosé undergoes fermentation in large oak foeders on raspberries and blueberries. Showcasing bright effervescent characteristics, Crooked Stave Sour Rosé is the perfect sour beer for all seasons and occasions. Unfiltered and naturally wild, they package each can with a small amount of yeast to maintain maximum freshness for wherever life’s adventures take you. 4.5% ABV.

Tasting hours for Friday, May 17th event will be from 4-6:45 pm., at Wyatt’s Outlaw Saloon, in the back of the store.
