The Boulder County Craft Distillers is scheduled for August 4th, 2018, from 5-8 pm, at the Boulder County Fair.

The Boulder County Fair Craft Distillers Fest celebrates the agricultural roots of Colorado’s craft distilleries from grain to glass and will feature spirit and cocktail tastings from 35 Colorado craft distilleries.

The event location is on the south side of the Boulder County Fairgrounds (enter from Nelson Road), under the picnic shelter. There will be live entertainment, yummy food, educational displays plus a signature cocktail from each distillery for tasting. The ticket price also includes a gourmet meal from some of Boulder County finest food trucks.

There will be entertaining speakers addressing the art of craft distilling from grain to glass, the history of prohibition and bootlegging in Colorado, mixology, and craft cocktail building as well as pairing craft spirits with creative food recipes.

The Boulder County Fair will award first, second, and third place ribbons for both the Best Cocktail and Best Craft Spirit.
