John B. Stetson Bourbon: From a legendary icon of American individuality and character comes the spirit that is uniquely American whiskey. Distilled from Native American corn, locally sourced barley, rye, and wheat, this bourbon has a sweet oaky aroma layered with woody flavors, and finishes with hints of vanilla and caramel. 42% ABV.
Flight of the Earl’s Irish Whiskey: The gentle honey scent edged with vanilla leads into the vanilla-forward palate, with caramel, oak, and baking spice on its relatively warm finish. A splash of water really reveals its vanilla and honey notes, along with hints of pear and a mellow fade. 40% ABV.
Fat Trout Blended Scotch: Handcrafted in the Speyside Region of Scotland, this blended Scotch Whisky is bright gold in the glass, offering vanilla and fresh-cut grass aromatics. It’s similarly light and fresh on the palate, with touches of oak, vanilla and a fleeting tropical fruit note, finishing with a faint salt-air touch. 44% ABV.
Ashling Irish Cream: Ashling Irish Cream is seasoned with natural Irish sugar and then small batch blended with Irish whiskey for a creamy, velvety texture with a gentle bite. It has a fresh shelf life of 18 months. Ideal as an addition to a stovetop hot chocolate on a chilly evening or as a nightcap on the rocks.

Also, for every bottle of True Grit wine sold this weekend, Wyatt’s will donate $1 to the Lyons Community Foundation, a local organization helping in the ongoing recovery process that Lyons is still facing.
