Crown Royal, the quintessential Canadian whisky, is racing into summer. Whether served neat, in cocktails or being the sponsorship of regional events like Longmont’s own Thunder at the Peaks Car Show, Crown Royal is ideal for summer whiskey drinkers!
With a sweetness and smoothness that many prefer over the bite of bourbon or the smokiness of peated Scotch, Crown Royal offers a whole line of easy drinking, reliable whiskies.
Try one of these offerings:
Crown Royal XO:
Launched in 2014, Crown Royal’s XO is a blend of approximately 50 whiskies which are married and then aged in cognac casks from the Limousin Forest in France. Rich, sweet, and smooth, this is inarguably the most complex whisky in their line.
Crown Royal Vanilla:
For this flavor variant, specially selected whiskies are infused with the rich flavor of Madagascar Bourbon Vanilla. The result is a uniquely sophisticated whisky, bursting with the bold flavor of vanilla and the distinctive smoothness of Crown Royal. It also makes a welcome addition to a “grownup” milkshake.
Crown Royal Apple:
To create this flavor, Crown’s master whisky blenders hand-select batches and infuse them with Regal Gala Apples for a delicious Canadian whisky balanced with notes of crisp apple and light notes of caramel and spice. It makes an interesting entry for summer and fall months. Great simply straight or on the rocks, Crown Royal is also a lively ingredient in a whiskey smash or a summer slush.
Crown Royal Blenders Mash:
Crown Royal Blenders’ Mash showcases the warm vanilla and subtle oaky notes of our beloved corn-heavy whiskies. Blender’s Mash showcase a classic whisky style but with the famous smooth finish, allowing the whisky to stand on its own.
You can find any of Crown Royal’s quality products, as well as a myriad of other whiskey selections, at large local liquor stores, like Wyatt’s, which offer you a huge selection of spirits, beer, and wine.
Join us this Saturday, July 3rd for the Thunder at the Peaks Car Show at the Village at the Peaks mall, sponsored by Wyatt’s and Crown Royal.
