‘Boulder Roots’, the first in an annual ‘Wyatt’s Heritage Reserve’ series, was just released. 
This joint venture between Wyatt’s Wet Goods and Longtucky Spiritis is a unique roasted sugar beet spirit was conceived to celebrate the Boulder County Fair’s 150th Anniversary and the 4th annual Boulder County Craft Distillers Festival. Its earthy, terroir-packed flavor is a tribute to the agricultural history of Longmont.
Boulder Roots was double distilled from sugar beets from local Schlagel Farms. Smoked with Kentucky Bourbon barrel staves and applewood, it was then rested in Longtucky’s rye whiskey barrels at the their distillery.
This special limited release is exclusive to the Longtucky Lounge tasting room and Wyatt’s Wet Goods.
